(If you don't already have the Winamp player installed, you'll have to follow these instructions)

First, you should click on the link for Nullsoft.com. Go to "Download Winamp" ( the Iowa site seems best) and save the file in the plug-in folder of your browser. After you've saved it, use Microsoft Explorer to find this file and unzip it -(double click on it).

(If you find that you can't unzip the file, download Winzip at cnet.com.)

Once you've gotten the Winamp player installed (the default directory C:/program files/Winamp is fine), then get back to abstracttruth.com and proceed with the ftp (file transfer protocol) download  by clicking on the linked text .

If you find  your screen filling with gibberish (file going directly into the cache),  push stop button on the browser toolbar and right click (the right mouse button) on the linked text. (Older versions of Navigator and I.E. don't support direct ftp). Select "Save Link As" and put the file in any folder that you'll be able to find again (it is 6 megs).

Be prepared to wait - the download typically takes between 30 and 40 minutes at 28.8 k .(With a T3 line it takes about 45 seconds). But you will have a CD quality copy on your hard drive to be enjoyed whenever you want by simply clicking on the Winamp program from your start menu and selecting "play file".
 

This may seem extremely technical but it's really quite simple if you follow the plan. Enjoy!
